A regionally approved blend of Trebbiano D’Abruzzo, Passerina and Pecorino that blossoms into a wine of complexity, depth and considerable substance.
The Trebbiano delivers a citrus and melon bouquet and generous fruit on the palate
The Passerina add an intense minerality and ripe citrus fruit.
The Pecorino brings to the table a solid acidic backbone, a creamy richness with a touch almond bitterness.
Rasiccis’ masterful blend combined with traditional ,and expert wine maturation presents us with distinct, exceptional white wine with serious character , solid mouthfeel and balanced and lengthy finish.
THIS NATURAL WINE IS MADE USING ORGANIC PROCESSES AND HAS MUCH LESS SULPHUR THAN IN ORGANIC WINES. IT IS ALSO SUITABLE FOR VEGAN AS IT DOES NOT COME IN CONTACT WITH ANY ANIMAL PRODUCTS OR COMPOST. This is not certified Organic or Vegan.
